He raised his hands to be a voluntary development officer for PNG American Football Federation. In Kokopo, East New Britain.
Alfred has a vast experience in sports development area with his experience with the AFL PNG.
We at PNGAFF looking forward to work closely with Alfred to develop and spread American Football in Kokopo East New Britain and the entire NGI Region.

We already have two development officers in Lae, Morebe Province and in Kundiwa, Chimbu Province.
