The final regular round Saturday of flag football excitement the 4th of February 2023. All six teams battle it out again at the Sir John Guise multipurpose sports complex to earn a position on the PMFFL Season 3, Digicel Bowl Ladder.

Round 5, Game 1.
3K Kings 26 defeating Hohola Broncos 18
Round 5, Game 2.
Blue Tongue 30 defeating Kovera Heads 24
Round 5, Game 3.
Matirogo Dragons 32 defeating North East Flacons 24.
After round five the top four (4) teams will make it to the Digicel Bowl play offs on the 11th of February 2023.
